7 steps how it work
Our working process
We start by having a consultation with our clients to understand their interests, preferences, and travel requirements.
Based on the consultation, we create a customized itinerary that is tailored to the client’s needs and preferences. This includes to design the best tour itinerary, accommodations, transportation, and activities for the trip.
After the itinerary has been finalized, we present it to the client for their approval. Once the client confirms the itinerary, it is required to make an advance payment of 25% of the total amount. This payment is necessary to confirm all the bookings and reservations. The rest amount must be deposited before 10 days of the bookings.
Prior to departure, we provide clients with detailed information about their trip, including a packing list and any other necessary information.
We provide all necessary travel services, including airport transfers, accommodation, transportation, and activities.
We provide 24/7 support to our clients throughout their trip to ensure a stress-free and enjoyable experience.
We follow up with our clients after their trip to ensure their satisfaction and to gather feedback to improve our services.
