Overview

Autumn in Armenia is fantastic with its colors and pleasant weather. The weather is not too cold and not too hot, averaging between +23 -+27 C. The smell of healthful fruits and vegetables and the vibrant colors of leaves make the autumn exciting. During Golden autumn mountains of Armenia are painted in all shades of metal and yellow-red. In autumn, in Armenia, you can participate in the process of harvesting, drying and various preserves, enjoy the most delicious and ripe harvest.

Day 1

Meeting at the airport transfer to the selected hotel.

Day 2

Tour Yerevan city, exploring the most important and beautiful corners of the city.

Visit Echmiatsin’s mother cathedral, Zvartnotc temple today we can see the ruins of the temple ruins are under the protection of UNESCO.

Day 3

Leave the South of the country. On the way visit Khor Virap monastery with a stunning view of Mt. Ararat border with Turkey, after visiting Areni village here you will have a wine tasting, after Noravank’s unique monastery of the XI-XIII century. Then continue to visit Shakhi waterfall and drive to Goris for O/N.

Day 4

Tour to Qarahunge (Armenian Stonehenge) and then Tatev monastery hear one can take the cable car (longest cable car in the world 5.5 km), fly over the mountain and enjoy the Autumn colors of mountains and trees. After visiting Jermuk spa town with a waterfall and Gallery of mineral waters. O//N in Yerevan.

Day 5

Drive to Tsaghkadzor valley of flowers, hear again you can use a cable car and fly over and see all the beautiful Autumn colors, then Lake Sevan visiting Sevan Peninsula with two tiny churches on top of it. Explore the area after driving to Dilijan spa town visit Haghartsin

monastery, and Parz lake optional ride on a zip line then drive to Lori region. O/N in Lori.

Day 6

Nest day visit Haghpat village and Haghpat monastery then drive to Sanahin village and visit Sanahin monastery they are under the protection of UNESCO, after visiting Dsegh village and the museum of Armenian poet Tumanyan back to Yerevan. O/N in Yerevan.

Day 7

Visit Garni temple, the only pagan temple on the territory of modern Armenia, and the Geghard cave monastery.

Day 8

Departure.
